On Wednesday 30th September we will be holding our very own Beardall Fields Fun Run. This is to coincide

with Sir Kevin Sinfield’s final 7 in 7 challenge taking place that very week. For those of you that are

unaware, Sir Keving Sinfield has been a leading advocate for raising awareness and money for the Motor

Neurone Disease Association (MNDA). He began his fundraising efforts in 2020, inspired by his former

Leeds Rhinos teammate and close friend, the late Rob Burrow CBE. Sir Kev has since raised over £11

million pounds for a variety of worthy causes linked to MNDA and has provided priceless moments of

friendship, inspiration and comfort for thousands. He has done this by completing incredible endurance

running feats across the UK. His extraordinary charity work has since earned him a knighthood in the King's

Birthday Honours, awarded this year.

Families may choose to participate in the fun run with their child. All we ask is that each family member

also pays a £3 contribution, which can be paid on the day. Parents may also spectate should they wish.
